My Random Thoughts

You sure can tell that it is getting closer to Christmas.   If you did not realize that it was getting closer to Christmas because of the24/7 Christmas music on the radio, ABC family channel has started to show their family friendly Christmas movies.  Believe it or not, I do enjoy some of those corny Christmas movies.

Why is it that some of the Christian organizations seem to get upset whenever someone in the public questions if there is a God?  Is it not one of our responsibilities to share the good news with those around us.  It is their responsibility to decide what they want to believe.  Why should my beliefs be forced onto them.  God wants us to come to Him.  Not for us to be forced onto Him.

I have been debating about getting a WII system.  My mother found out that I was thinking about getting one so she has started to say how she wants one for Christmas.   I would never of thought that my mother would want a video game system.   

I have been having this urge to by a guitar and learn how to play it.  I suck at singing and playing any type of musical instrument, but I just have this desire to learn how to play a guitar.  I just am not sure how I can afford this and where the time to take lessons and to practice will come from.   

Did you see the space shuttle take off last Friday?  It was so cool.    I wish that I could be there in Florida when it had launched .   I just wonder why we can figure out how to put someone in space and yet we cannot figure out how to feed starving people through out this world.
