My Random Thoughts

It is real hard being at work right now.   It seems that everyone is giving me a hard time because I decided not to vote in this election.  Everyone seems to think that my reason for not voting sucks.  

I attended church over the weekend.   I was surprised that at the end of the service that our associate pastor turned in his letter of resignation.   He wants to be a senior pastor so that means he has to move on.   Over the last three years we now have had two associate pastors, a youth pastor, and the director or child development resign their positions.   The church has decided that we must raise what we are paying our ministry team so other church will not raid our church to fill their positions.  I disagree with this.   If the church has a reputation of developing people for ministry lets keep the pay where it is and continue developing people for the ministry.
